LONG TERM STAFF REQUIREMENTS

TIME COMMITMENT
Minimum 2 years
WHAT TO EXPECT
Being a long term staff means that you are part of our core team for at least 2 years. Since you have done a DTS you probably have an idea of what staffing looks like at a YWAM base. The long term staff are really the people who are immersing themselves in Greek culture, language, relationships and life here. You are part of the team that carries the vision God has given to our team here and drives it forward through all the seasons. Our hope would be that this could be a season where you really grow in your giftings/callings, grow in leadership and you ability to mentor others & hopefully launch you into whatever God's calling over your life is. Our community is a place for you to birth God dreamed ideas, and support what God is doing in this nation and beyond.

SUPPORTIng LONGTERM
SHORT TERM STAFF REQUIREMENTS

MUST HAVE COMPLETED DTS (Discipleship Training School)
TIME COMMITMENT
3-6 months
Being a short term staff means that you are part of our core team for 3-6 months. Since you have done a DTS you probably have an idea of what staffing looks like at a YWAM base. The short term staff team will carry a level of responsibility and investment that is between a long term staff and a mission builder. Short term staff are here long enough to plant yourself, get a good idea of the needs of the team and even carry out some vision of your own. You are part of the team that carries the vision God has given to our team here investing your giftings, while supporting the long term team here. This is a great length of time for you to get exposure to get exposure to developing a pioneering ministry and what it looks like to be a missionary long term somewhere.

MISSION BUILDER REQUIREMENTS

DTS (Discipleship Training School) COMPLETION NOT REQUIRED
TIME COMMITMENT
1-3 months
Being a Mission Builder means that you are joining our team for 1-3 months. You may or may not have done a DTS. Maybe you know what it looks like to staff at a YWAM base or this may be your first time in YWAM. The mission builder role is one that supports what the long term team is doing. Mission Builders are here to serve! As a community there are many projects, ministries, and departments that could use extra support. You are part of the support that we need to keep going, and we feel the weight of support while you are here! This can be a great opportunity for you to fill some empty time you have with serving God in another country, growing in your relationship with God, becoming part of our community & getting to be part of what God is doing here in Greece.
